Kids and Autism: Supporting Safe and Healthy Technology Use
Managing Family Life Online Webinar 20
Recorded: April 14, 2021
Practical Advice, Useful Tips, and Resources
It is estimated that 1 in 54 children in the U.S., from all racial, ethnic and socioeconomic groups, has been identified with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). While all children need guidance with safe and healthy technology use, children with ASD may experience challenges and benefits unique to them. In support of Autism Awareness Month, we look forward to raising awareness about autism among all of us and provide some helpful advice from our guest experts for parents raising kids with ASD.
Join Trend Micro’s Lynette Owens with guests Dr. Lisa Prock and Dr. Michael Rich from the Children’s Hospital Boston for this discussion. Also included is an audience Q&A and ASL interpretation.
